Welcome to the North East Karate Kai 2010 Website
We teach:
Traditional Shotokan Karate.
Self Defence for men, woman and children.
Groundwork and restraint techniques.
Circuit and Fitness training.
Lessons are taught by male and female instructors, both of which are fully qualified school teachers.
